How do I order a song?
Fill out the request form with the details you’d like in your song.

How does the process work
Share your story and place a fully refundable Deposit. Our team will then work together to create 3 unique song drafts within 3 days. We’ll notify you when they're ready. You listen to the drafts, pick your favourite, and pay the remaining balance to unlock the final version. If you don’t love any of the drafts, your deposit is fully refundable.

Why do you charge a deposit?
Song drafts are the full-length versions of your personalized songs, but they include a light audio tag. This allows you to hear the complete song and decide if you love it before unlocking the final, clean version.

What if I don't like any of the song drafts?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not delighted with any of the 3 song drafts, you have two options:1. Request one extra free set of 3 song drafts:
Provide specific feedback, and our team will create a new set of 3 song drafts for you, incorporating your suggestions. This is included with your deposit.2. Full Refund:
After reviewing the drafts, if you're still not happy, we will refund your deposit.

What happens to the details I share?
They’re only used to create your song and won’t be sold or shared.Should I avoid sharing certain information?
Yes, don’t include sensitive or confidential info.

How long does it take to receive my song?The crafting process typically takes 3 working days from the time you submit your request and deposit. We’ll notify you via email as soon as your song drafts are ready. However, if we are experiencing high volume of requests, we may take longer. In this case, we will let you know upfront.

Do I own the song?
Yes! You get a personal license to play and share it, but you can’t resell or distribute it commercially.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like my song?
We understand that the songs will not always be what you like. After reviewing the drafts, if you're not happy, we will refund your deposit.

Can I use the song commercially?
No, songs are for personal use only unless we agree otherwise.

Can BassoonCat use my song in marketing?
Only with your permission, and usually in anonymized form.

Songs are custom-made based on details you provide.Music is created with digital tools including AI tools and refined manually.The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

Orders & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery email addres in the request form.Standard delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.Final delivery is usually made digitally (e.g., via email).

Refunds & Revisions

Refunds of the initial deposit will be offered if your are not satisfied with the full song drafts (preview versions with a subtle tag).All sales are final once the songs have been delivered.Limited revisions may be offered at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

BassoonCat grants you a personal license to use and share your song (e.g., play it at events, share online).You may not resell, distribute commercially, or claim authorship without written permission.We may (with your consent) feature anonymized clips of your song in marketing or portfolio examples.

Limitations & Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without guarantees of quality, style, or emotional impact.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of your song.Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
